In the course of a zoning plan change, the vast area in the south of Munich will be redeveloped for predominantly residential use. Development plans cover around 100,000 m² of floor area, of which 75,000 m² have been allotted to home building. The residential quarters will contain green open spaces, playgrounds and areas for community activities and social infrastructure. Suitable office and business space, such as for restaurants and retail trade, complement the new residential quarters. The results of the geo-biological ground survey by a Feng-Shui consultant were considered during the planning process.
